Will My Order Be Shipped?
All items will ship within 24 to hours.
Hi, I am Sal and I would like to assure you that we will ship your order the same day
that your order is received, providing you have placed your order before 12PM
EST. This is our policy and we take pride in it.
Please take note, 99% of the items we sell are in stock at all times. If an
item is backordered and shipping will be delayed more than 48
hours, I will email you to let you know.
Shipping Costs
For orders under $ 99 your shipping cost is $6.99. Shipping rates above
$100 are approximately 6% up to $350. After $350 shipping charges do not increase. You
can view your shopping cart to check the exact cost of shipping.

Returning
Your Order
Hi my name is Cindy and I am in charge of returns.
Forming extremely loyal relationships with repeat customers is my number
one priority. For that reason we have developed an extremely liberal
return policy. We will gladly refund any self-protection product
that we sell, as long as you make your
return within 14 days or receiving the item(s) in question.
If you are not satisfied please Send It Back to me. All I ask is
that you first email me to request a return or exchange authorization
number. The purpose of RA Number is to track the item that you are
returning or exchanging. Is not an approval process. Like I said
we will
return any self protection item we sell as long as you make your
return within 14 days of receiving the item(s) in question in it's original condition with all original
packaging and accessories.

To make your return as fast and simple as possible, you

** Some orders are shipped directly to you from our distributor. In this

we are changed restocking fee. If you return an item that was shipped to
you directly from our distributor, your return may be subject up
to a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee may be also be charged for
any delivery that is refused by the receiver or if UPS makes 3 attempts
at delivery and the item(s) in question are returned to us.
