We will not sell items prohibited by any state, county or local law to our consumers.  For this reason we will not ship stun guns to HI, MA, MI, NJ, WI, RI, NY. IL Baltimore or Annapolis, MD, Baltimore and Howard counties, MD, Denison, IA, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA.

We make an all out effort to keep up on all the laws concerning the items that we sell, but we sometimes cannot keep track of the ever-changing legal landscape. Therefore please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, comply with and abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws applying to the purchase, possession, shipment or use of any items purchased. The BUYER will hold harmless the seller or any agent or affiliate thereof in any event associated with the purchase, use, misuse or legality of any product. Buyer also holds harmless the seller for any injury of any kind associated with any item purchased.
