item is backordered and shipping will be delayed more than 48

For orders under $99.00 your shipping cost is $7.99. Shipping rates above
$100 are approximately 7% up to $350. After $350 shipping charges do not increase. You

Returning
Your Order
Hi, my name is Cindy and I am in charge of returns.
Forming extremely loyal relationships with repeat customers is our
number one priority. For that reason, we have developed an extremely
liberal return policy. We will gladly refund or replace any
self-protection product that you would like to return. Just make your
return within 14 days. To assure that we receive your return, we require
that you make your return with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and with
tracking number that requires a signature.
If you are not satisfied, please Send It Back to me. All I ask is
that you first

to request a return or exchange authorization number. The
purpose of RA Number is to track the item that you are returning or
exchanging. It is not an approval process. Like I said, we
will return any self protection item we sell as long as you make your
return within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and in its
original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
How To Return Your Order
To make your return as fast and simple as possible,

this case, we are charged restocking fee.

If you return an item that was shipped to you directly from our
distributor, your return may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee.
A 20% restocking fee may be also be charged for any delivery that is
refused by the receiver or if UPS makes 3 attempts at delivery and
the item(s) in question are returned to us.
